Our Approach is to play 5-a-side socially

We have created a great spirit amongst our players, by:

- emphasising the experience, not the score

- choosing balanced, mixed-ability teams at every session

- playing the game as a non-contact sport

- supporting new players as they ease into the game

- playing with a smile on our face

Feedback from our players - with poetic licence, as examples

I love the games, but am just as delighted with the spirit of camaraderie which we have throughout the group - it's a great achievement

I thought my playing days were over until I found walking football - as the oldest in the group, I'm kept on my mettle and I like it!

I encourage everyone to chat (between games) with someone they have not chatted to before - you find out such interesting stuff

Playing some games at the Arsenal was great, but it does make you wonder whatever happened to Cazorla

Yes, I'm a Leicester fan, but I'm Scottish,

so it's not a good time for me right now
